We now have Gluten in our kitchen , and although every step is taken to minimise cross-contamination , we cannot guarantee that this is 100% . We have a “ gluten friendly “ Fryer at all times , and use seperate colour coded equipment, but we recommend this is only suitable for customers with a gluten intolerance.
